WATER ( A Division of DDB Mudra Group ) was appointed by Alchemist Groupfor developing an Indian QSR Brand for them. Alchemist is an emerging Indian conglomerate that has interests in F & B, Agriculture, Hospitality, Restaurants, Retail, Infrastructure, Healthcare and IT. Water team was involved in developing the Brand name, story, strategy, image etc. and for experience design of the store Water hired SDD.
SDD worked in close collaboration with Water while developing the prototype design for the store. Being an Indian QSR a lot of Indian colours were used while designing the décor. The elements and materials used were proposed considering the wear and tear which a typical QSR goes through during operation and maintenance hours, while also considering that the design and detail should be easy to adapt and execute future stores.
