This property situated at L.B.S. Marg- Ghatkopar was earlier operating as a low-cost hotel but after the change of Management and the new developments in the neighbourhood, the property deserved the much awaited renovation. SDD was assigned the job to do justice to the project. There were lots of structural addition & alterations which were suggested to increase the efficiency of property there by adding a touch of luxury to the property. There were 44 rooms created for Guests including all day restaurant, coffee shop and provision for Banquet space. All the facilities were created considering to operate the hotel as a Business Hotel.
