Project Overview: Om Shiv Group is one of the established developers in Mumbai suburbs- SDD was appointed for their Business Hotel project located in Andheri West. The development of this property was earlier started as a Residential building by the developerbut after the building Construction reached upto first slab the developer decided to develop it as a Hotel building and hence SDD was appointed for providing the Building’s Facade design and Interior design Consultancy Services required for the Hotel project. Due to the Limitations of the existing structural grid and lesser floor height there were lots of challenges involved while designing the Guest rooms and other facilities. There were total 77 Guest rooms planned with facilities like Restaurant, Business Centre, Gym and a Roof top Restaurant with two Banquet Halls at the same Level. The decor was designed equivalent to a 5-star category of hotel with usage of high end materials, fixtures, fittings and finishes.
